Will they actually stay in my small ears?
Yes. The stemless flat design sits inside your ear canal differently than traditional earbuds — it doesn't rely on a stem or wing to hold it in place. That's why AirPods fall out for small ears but MiliPods don't. If they fall out within 60 days, you get a full refund. No questions.
Can I actually sleep in them on my side?
Yes. The flat profile means your pillow doesn't press the earbud into your ear canal. There's no stem digging in when you roll over. Most people forget they're wearing them within 20 minutes of lying down. 8-hour battery means they'll still be playing when you wake up.
Do they block snoring well enough?
Passive isolation significantly reduces ambient noise. Combined with playing white noise or sleep sounds at a comfortable volume, most people find it enough to sleep through their partner's snoring. It's not soundproof — but it's enough for the majority of people. The 60-day trial exists for the cases where it isn't.
Are they visible when worn?
Barely. The stemless design sits flush inside the ear canal with nothing protruding. From a normal conversational distance, most people won't notice them. That's intentional.
How long is the battery life?
8 hours per charge. 32 hours total with the charging case. Enough to sleep through the night and still have battery left in the morning.

How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Free shipping on every order to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. No minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
United States: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at info@milipods.com within 24 hours of purchase and we'll cancel or adjust it immediately. Once an order is in transit, we're unable to make changes.

The 60-Day Trial
How does the 60-day trial work?
Order today. Wear MiliPods for up to 60 days. If they fall out, hurt, or simply don't work for you — email info@milipods.com. We'll send a free return label and issue a full refund within 48 hours of receiving your return. No forms, no explaining, no restocking fee.
Do I have to return them to get a refund?
In most cases yes, but contact us first. In some situations we can resolve your issue without a return. Email us and we'll find the best solution.
How long does my refund take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
What if they fall out during the 60 days?
That's exactly what the trial is for. Email us, we send a return label, you get your money back. Simple.

Compared to AirPods
Are MiliPods better than AirPods Pro?
For small ears, side sleeping, and all-day invisible wear: yes. For raw audio quality and Apple ecosystem integration: AirPods Pro are also excellent. We're honest about what we're built for. MiliPods weren't designed to beat AirPods at everything — they were designed to work for the people AirPods don't work for.
Why are MiliPods so much cheaper than AirPods?
AirPods Pro are €279. MiliPods are €59. The difference is in brand overhead, retail markup, and Apple's ecosystem features — not in the quality of the earbud itself. We're a direct-to-consumer brand with no retail partners, which means the cost savings go to you.
